Carlos was perfectly on time, friendly and efficient. Troubleshot the dryer and replaced the two defective components without any issues. Excellent service all around.

The service man isn’t professional and has a rude attitude. He charged me $267 without accomplishing anything.

I’ve known Carlos for many years, he services our appliance from Paradise repair. He’s conscientious, punctual and very helpful. The only reason I took away a single star is because this was a difficult job with many pieces 5,6maybe 7 different major assemblies from our dishwasher. He did finish the installation and he had other jobs to get to. his schedule is very very tight. Unfortunately, there was no time to run a cycle. He had other appointments he had to make, and I understand that completely. However, after he left a slight problem showed up upon our first cycle. I called the company and asked for continuation of this repair to check and see what happened. A new appointment was easily arranged for the continuation and finalization of this repair.
