Carlos was excellent***** He knew what was needed to repair my refrigerator., and ordered the parts needed. My disappointment is with whoever is in charge of ordering the parts that were needed to repair my refrigerator. My situation had been going on since December. The nerve racking noise the refrigerator made for 2 weeks non stop. The refrigerator was working at times. My frozen food would start to defrost and the refreeze. We do not have a back up refrigerator To say this was a very stressful time not knowing when of if fridge would just stop and then what. I called D&G and asked why they just couldn’t replace the fridge being they couldn’t get the parts in a timely fashion. Then after I had said that I was originally told it would be 7 to 10 days for the parts come in. After 10 days I called and was told legally they had 21 working days. I just don’t understand how people can be so flippant regarding a situation that so directly involves someones everyday life. To say I am disappointed is an understatement . Again Carlos did a great job

Gilbert was very nice. He advised me about the problem. I was very happy of the service

Gilbert was very helpful and explained that the hot water was not getting to the washing machine and that was causing the LFlo reading and lack of enough water to complete the wash cycle.He then recommended getting a plumber to determine the source of the problem.
