The technician did not diagnose our problem correctly, even when we questioned what he was suggesting as the fix. We tried it and it didn't work. Now we are left again without a working refrigerator. We are trying to contact Paradise Appliance and no one is responding, of course.

Victor did a great job. He communicated constantly on his arrival time and was right on time. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and made fixes above and beyond to make sure there were no other issues that arise in the future

Dennis was a very conscientious tech and did a wonderful job!
