Larry was on time and went directly to work and eventually found the problem was with the electrical outlet and not the washer. He was courteous and professional.

Technician was very knowledgeable about the equipment functionality

It has been our 3rd call to repair our new washer within a short amount of time in between repairs. I was not able to be there for this last repair but Guillermo called me before and then after the repair to follow up with me. Once I got home my mother was very impressed with Guillermo for not just for fixing the washer but for taking the extra time to explain how to properly use the washer and all its settings.

I was very happy with Larry service he was great very courteous, and he was wonderful with following covid guidelines that was something that was a concern of mine but he was wonderful. If I ever need to have my appliances serviced I really hope it's Larry who can service my appliances again thank you so much for your services you are wonderful
