Terrible service from Victor. If I could give ZERO stars I would. A. He did not seem interested in all at helping me. B. He was not interested in hearing what the problem was. C. When I explained to him that we had experienced leaks, he asked why he didn’t see any water under our sink, which was ridiculous since I called about this problem about a week ago and I would not leave standing water under the sink. So he was not interested in checking for that problem. D. When I explained that the dishwasher was stopping in the middle of a cycle and making a series of beeps, and that I had made a video recording of the beeps, he was not interested in that, and told me there was nothing wrong. E. He left after spending about 10 minutes. He did not fix or address my stated problems. Terrible service. I would not EVER recommend Victor.
