After a month and a half Paradise finally fixed our washing machine. Our first tech came out twice and barely lifted a finger. Just sat on phone and ordered parts both times. Nine parts in fact. Carlos arrived on Saturday fully frustrated realizing the other tech left him hanging on a Saturday do finish the job. But he installed the replacement parts and got the machine working good. I would rate the communication and service by AIG/Paradise as horrible. Except for the tech Carlos who did a great job.

All service from paradise appliance was great. Thank you for your help.

Problems we’re never fixed

Javier called prior to his arrival and when he arrived he introduced him self and went right to work. When he completed the job he showed me the bad parts and started my dryer so I could hear it running smoothly. I was pleased with the amount of time the service took and how clean and neat was.
