First appointment October 6th appointment canceled cause parts ordered. October 9th - What service!?? Robert called and said he is on my way. Then less than 5 minutes later Robert canceled my appointment stating my appliance had no warranty. I originally called my Magtag/AIG Extended warranty and they recommended your company. 1st Appointment canceled cause Parts ordered but not examining my appliance first?! Now 3rd appointment for October 14th is canceled and parts need to be ordered again! WTH another week no working washer for almost 2 1/2 weeks.
