Professional Polite Helpful Excellent service

Brandon was everything one would want from a service technician. He was prompt, polite, and adept at identifying the real problem with our Maytag washing machine - as opposed to what we thought might be the problem. Moreover, he demonstrated a trick for single handed removal of the stacked washer dryer from its enclosure. I had thought this would require multiple people. He cleaned up the area after finishing the job. All in all, a great experience for us and confidence using Paradise for any future needs.
