Efficient and on time

Ed is a great technician but is abused by being over-scheduled each day and not provided the parts to perform his job. Scheduled for 3 hour time frame in the afternoon two times, he’d did not arrive until 7:45 pm and 9:00 pm. He was overbooked. Both times he had to order parts and the problem still exists. I called this problem in December 23, 2025 and it is Feb 18 with no solution in site. Requests for a call from management has been promised BUT ignored. Paradise is NOT reliable or service minded.

Not only is Edi so personable and friendly, he is a true professional with excellent technical skill! So glad we chose to go with a pro rather than spend $$$ on a new fridge, which would have been expensive and wasteful. Everything’s running smoothly again! Thank you, Edi!

Pablo did a great job. He diagnosed the problem on his last visit and returned yesterday with the part. He installed it quickly and efficiently. He was easy to communicate with and was very professional. Well done, Pablo!
