I wish I could give a zero! 4 months later you are trying to change me the same amount that you charged me for a repair 4 months ago! I believe I was intentionally given inferior parts in order for you to have to come back and change me another 800.00. Including a 169.00 service charge that your email said I would not be charged if the part was under warranty! The tech said “if I were you it’s not worth repairing “ aren’t you a repair company ? I think this is a game and be sure, I will scream from the mountain tops( that’s code for social media) to anyone that will listen about your terrible service.
