It took over 3 months to finally get our Washing Machine repaired, while the technician was decent, we had continual problems. After waiting and not receiving any phone calls or emails, I checked back and was told our service was cancelled because they attempted a robocall. They had our email address and never emailed, we checked voicemail and got nothing. When calling back, I was simply told that oh IT has stated that has been happening. Then instead of just taking the initiative to resolve the issue and set a new appointment, I was told that I had to contact Maytag/Whirlpool again and that they could not do so because they do not get responses when they email. I professionally work as a Union representative for the largest public union in Orange County. We represent over 18,000 members. I have personally represented hundreds of employees in disciplinary matters. If any of our members had provided this poor of service they would have been facing discipline. Then I find out the office is like 5 minutes from our home, but still have to go through a complete run around. COVID or not this was very poor service. I felt as if I was being made to just give up and by a new washing machine, well I didn't and it was finally fixed, but still not a good experience.
