The technician was very courteous, clean and respectful. Explain pretty well as to what could be wrong with my washer. He was also on time which is greatly appreciated.

Honestly I felt like he was in rush to leave, as I was trying to locate my warranty information and asked a question he seemed to be annoyed and stated he could not answer my question towards the Applance issue unless he was paid. He needs better customer service training. No work was ever done so I gave him a 1 star.
