Juan was very professional, he changed the main control board on our practically new washing machine which had a sensor issue and was causing the machine to be stuck in drain mode. He didn’t take more than 30 mins on the job, fixed the issue, and was done. He was also aware that this was a know issue on certain Whirlpool models. Now we can wash at home again! **Sensor issue is a known whirlpool issue on certain models which whirlpool fixed through this company free of charge to the us, the consumer.
