Quang and Victor came and fix our washer after multiple attempts from previous technicians. For context, it took 4 times for the technicians to come, diagnose and order parts. Quang and Victor were the 5th visit and completed the job. We didn't have a good experience with the previous technicians but this review is for Quang and his partner Victor. They were courteous, respectful and most importantly did the job right. Quang did not leave until everything was okay with their work. They have great customer service skills and explained to us the expectations of the work done. We highly recommend them for future needs.
