Per Whirlpool engineers only thing left was to have the gas company come out and make sure gas pressure was within specks (gas pressure amount needed in installation manual is incorrect according to tech line) between 4 and 7 WCP.Cust had gas company go out to his home they stated WCP was at 9.8 when closed and 7.8 WCP when gas flowing. They replaced a regulator because it was old and end result was 7.8 WCP when closed and 6.5 WCP when gas flowing to unit. Even after pressure at correct amount for unit still having the same issue. Called tech line advised of above info they stated they want us to go back now and get our own gas pressure reading. Tried to call Jenn-Air Trade team for the cust but they are closed I will try tomorrow Cust is very upset they will also call. SR#7734390512; schdld next appmnt for 10/25 TUE !
